How can the a single case fit both the iPhone 6, iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 (or 6+,6s+,7+)? The case has been designed so that the cut out is big enough for the 7/7+ camera (which in turn is big enough for the 6/6+ camera) and is also big enough for the 7/7+’s larger speakers at the bottom, whilst also having room for the jack on the 6/6+. It all looks great too - no compromise on aesthetics, just allows us to simplify production and is a benefit for people with the older iPhone model!

Free Screen Protectors?! The screen protector has a high quality TPU screen protector (not the cheap plastic ones you often see as freebies). We have tested them thoroughly. We will be including a free high quality screen protector with every case being shipped (2 cases = 2 protectors). Furthermore, any extra phone cases purchased via the BackerKit survey will include this free high quality tempered glass screen protector too as well as the free one-touch mount.

Tracking All orders will be tracked and sent to you by email. We cannot confirm the final couriers we will be using just yet, sorry!

Tracking Number is Not Active Sometimes the tracking numbers are not working, because they are still in the process of leaving the warehouse. For this reason, we would recommend waiting a few days for it to become active. If this is not the case, please feel free to get in touch with [email protected] and we will look into this for you.

Warranty Info Items purchased can be returned to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Any shipping fees will not be refunded. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship for the 1 year warranty period. During that period, Mous Products Ltd reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. You will therefore receive a new product at no additional charge. Warranty does not cover expected daily tear wear, drops, installation failures (of the screen protectors in particular), misuse, mishandling of item or theft/loss of the product.

Current Estimated Shipping Date: July 2017

For anyone who completes their survey after 20th June 2017, your order will be shipped out with the next batch on 14.07.2017. The tracking info will be sent out 3-6 days after the order has left the warehouse. People will receive cases earlier than this as we are shipping in batches as we finally get on top of demand. Promise you this'll all be worth the wait ;)

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
